Civil War,
our state had all the
right conditions for the Industrial
Revolution. A
civil war
is a war fought
between people of the same country. From
1861-1865, this Civil War was fought to
keep theUnited States together. One of the
main issues of the war was
slavery
. Slaves
were bought and sold by masters or
households. Slaveshad towork for amaster
or household without pay. They had little
chance for freedom. Northern states were
against slavery. Southern states favored
Border states
sent troops to
fight for both
the Northern
and Southern
armies.
